Volunteers

“Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It’s not.”
– Dr. Seuss

Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Lee’s Summit Educational Foundation.  Much can be accomplished for students when the hearts and hands of many are joined together.

Listed below are a few ways volunteers can make a difference:

  • Serve on a Committee (Development, Planned Giving, Finance, Marketing, Alumni, Allocations)
  • Help with an Event (Race for the Future, Taste of Lee’s Summit, Connect for Kids)
  • Stuff Envelopes
  • Make Deliveries
  • Assemble Fundraising Items
  • Enter Data in Computer
  • Introduce Others to the Foundation

Whether you have an hour a week, an hour a month or an hour a year, we welcome your volunteer spirit and enthusiasm.  For more information, please contact Sarah in the Foundation Office at 816-986-1088 or sarah.hartman@lsr7.net.
